城镇化背景下农业知识创新与农业技术创新耦合协调度及其影响因素

在分析农业知识创新和农业技术创新的耦合协调度的基础上,以城镇化为核心自变量,对耦合协调度进行了影响因素分析。研究发现:农业知识创新和农业技术创新耦合协调度在2010年之后表现出稳健的上升势头,在2012年进入中度协调水平,在2020年进入高度协调水平;华南区域、东北区域、长三角区域、中部区域、西南区域、西北区域先后完成从中度协调向高度协调的升级;各省、直辖市和自治区耦合协调度水平的提升始于乡村振兴的开始;城镇化水平的提高能够带动农业知识创新和农业技术创新耦合协调度水平的提高。提出了要以产学研协同创新为核心,为农业知识创新和农业技术创新间的互动提供完善的平台,同时要重视城镇化水平对农业知识创新和农业技术创新耦合协调度的影响。
Coupling and Coordination Degree of Agricultural Knowledge Innovation and Agricultural Technology Innovation and Its Influencing Factors:In Context of Urbanization
On the basis of analyzing the coupling coordination degree of agricultural knowledge innovation and agricultural technology innovation,the influencing factors of coupling coordination degree were analyzed with urbanization as the core independent variable.The results showed that the coupling coordination degree of agricultural knowledge innovation and agricultural technology innovation presented a steady upward trend after 2010,entered the moderate coordination level in 2012 and the high coordination level in 2020;South China,Northeast China,Yangtze River Delta,Central China,Southwest China,and Northwest China had successively completed the upgrade from medium coordination to high coordination;the improvement of the coupling coordination level of provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions started with the beginning of rural revitalization;the improvement of the level of urbanization could lead to the improvement of the coupling and coordination level of agricultural knowledge innovation and agricultural technology innovation.It was proposed that IUR synergy innovation should be taken as the core to provide a perfect platform for the interaction between agricultural knowledge innovation and agricultural technology innovation;attention should be paid to the impact of urbanization level on the coupling and coordination degree of agricultural knowledge innovation and agricultural technology innovation.
