Starting from the data of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in local universities in China in recent years,the current situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in local universities was expounded.The problems existing in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in local universities were analyzed from five aspects:unreasonable R&D investment structure,low patent quality,single management mode,information gap between schools and enterprises,and low enthusiasm of scientific researchers.In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of university researchers and give full play to the role of local universities in serving the local economy,some countermeasures were put forward,such as optimizing the investment structure of scientific research funds,cultivating high-value patents,strengthening the construction of service system,building bridges for school-enterprise cooperation,and continuously promoting the implementation of policies for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
