Based on the goal of post-traumatic growth,the positive changes brought about by post-traumatic growth were described.The mechanism of individual psychological support factors in the psychological process of"knowledge,affection and intention"was analyzed,and the core role of key variables such as active rumination,gratitude and psychological resilience was pointed out.From the aspects of cultivating college students'active rumination,guiding college students to be grateful,and improving the psychological resilience of college students,positive mental health education strategies for college students were put forward,so as to promote the improvement of college students'post-traumatic growth ability and transform the intervention of trauma into an opportunity for educating people.
