Spatial Effect of Science and Technology Service Industry Agglomeration on Green Technology Innovation:Based on Regulatory Effect of Foreign Direct Investment
Based on the panel data of 282 prefecture-level cities in China from 2005 to 2021,the spatial Durbin model was used to explore the spatial effect of the agglomeration of science and technology service industry on green technology innovation, and the moderating role of foreign direct investment in it was further investigated. The results show that the agglomeration of science and technology service industry has a significant role in promoting green technology innovation in the region, but is not conducive to the progress of green technology innovation in neighboring regions. In the impact of the agglomeration of science and technology service industry on local and neighboring green technology innovation, foreign direct investment(FDI)has a significant moderating effect. However,in the spillover effect of the agglomeration of science and technology service industry on green technology innovation in innovative cities,FDI does not play a moderating role.In view of this, cities should pay attention to the quality of the agglomeration of the science and technology service industry, pay attention to the introduction of high-quality foreign-funded enterprises, and reasonably plan the development direction of the agglomeration of the science and technology service industry.
