The elements of endogenous power in rural areas were analyzed.It was clarified that each element not only performs its own duties,but also has a close relationship with each other,and jointly promotes the improvement of rural endogenous power.On this basis,the exploration of building a comprehensive development mechanism for farmers,improving the leadership mechanism of grassroots party organizations,improving the development mechanism of rural industries,improving the mechanism of rural cultural construction,and establishing a coupling mechanism of"internal and external power"was carried out,so as to create conditions for the improvement of endogenous power in rural areas.
