预制混凝土夹心保温墙板连接件抗扭性能试验

目的 提高预制混凝土夹心保温墙板在制作、运输以及地震作用时遇到突发扭转工况下的抗扭性能.方法 进行 6 组 18 个预制混凝土夹心保温墙板的扭转试验,分析连接件宽度、连接件片数、连接件间距对试件抗扭性能的影响.结果 连接件宽度从160 mm增大至200 mm,抗扭承载力提高32%;双片连接件相比于单片连接件抗扭承载力提高51%;双片连接件间距为 100 mm时的荷载略大于 50 mm,提高14%.结论 预制混凝土夹心保温墙板受扭破坏属于延性破坏;建议采用双片连接件,间距设为100 mm,以提高在不可靠情况下连接件的抗扭性能.
Experimental Study on Torsional Performance of Shear Connectors in Precast Concrete Sandwich Panel
To improve the torsion resistance of precast concrete sandwich panels under sudden torsion during manufacture,transportation and earthquake.The torsion tests of 6 groups of 18 precast concrete sandwich panels were carried out,and the effects of shear connector width,number and shear connector spacing on the torsion performance of the specimens were analyzed.As a result,when the width of the shear connector increases from 160 mm to 200 mm,the torsional bearing capacity of the shear connector increases by 32%;compared with the single-piece shear connector,the torsional bearing capacity of the double-piece shear connector increases by 51%;when the distance between the two-piece shear connector is 100 mm,the load is slightly larger than 50 mm,and the difference is less than 14%.The torsional failure of precast concrete sandwich panel belongs to ductile failure,and it is suggested to use two-piece shear connectors with 100 mm spacing to improve the torsional performance of the shear connectors under unreliable conditions.
