摘要

双合叶浮球式自灌浆浮箍能够在注水泥时用来控制胶塞的下行位置,以确保管内水泥塞长度,防止水泥浆倒流。通过投球蹩压的方式蹩掉塑料挡管,实现自灌浆和逆向密封的变换,可连续作业,既能增加密封效果,又能节省套管下入的时间。该浮箍可用于直井、水平井、定向井、套管开窗侧钻井等多种钻井的固井作业。减轻了钻井液对套管的浮力,减少了套管下入过程中井眼环空泥浆上返速度,及套管在下放时卡钻的几率,实现了下套管的连续施工,利于井壁稳定;能很好地配合其他固井工具的使用,易安装易钻取,使用安全可靠,值得推广应用。

Abstract

The double hinge ball float type of self-filling float collar can be used to control the downward position of the rubber plug while cementing.The course can guarantee the cement plug length of the pipe to prevent cement slurry backflow.Plastic tubes can be limped off by the way of pitching balls and building the pressure in order to achieve the transformation between self-filling and reverse sealing.The float collar can be under continuous operation,which increases the effect of sealing and saves the time of casing.It can be used in vertical wells,horizontal wells,directional wells and casing windowing sidetracking wells of other drilling cementing operations.The device has reduced the buoyancy of the drilling fluid to casing,the return rate of the borehole annulus mud and the sticking probability during casing in the application process.The process has a-chieved the continuous casing construction and improved the well bore stability.The float collar can work well with other cementing tools.It is easy to be installed and drilled,safe and reliable to be used and worthy of promotion and application.
