摘要
结合 JJ170/41-K 型石油钻机井架的工程设计实例,基于 ANSYS 对 JJ170/41-K 型井架结构进行模态分析和随机振动分析,得到井架的自振特性(固有频率和振型)和井架结构在地震激励作用下的随机振动响应,从而确定了井架结构的固有振动特性以及井架顶部在地震激励作用下的位移、加速度响应。研究结果表明:JJ170/41-K 型井架的刚度满足要求,若井架失稳,主要失稳形式为整体失稳,并且在转盘最高转速下会产生共振,在地震激励作用下,井架在激励方向的振动响应尤为明显。
Abstract
Modal analysis and random vibration analysis of JJ170/41-K oil drilling frame can be done according the example of engineering design by using the finite element software ANSYS, self vibration characteristics (natural frequency and vibrating mode)and random vibration re-sponse of JJ170/41-K oil drilling derrick under the working of seismic excitations can be calculat-ed.Self vibration characteristics of derrick and the response of displacement and acceleration on the top of derrick under the working of seismic excitation are calculated.The study show that the rigidity of JJ170/41-K oil drilling derrick meet the demand,if derrick is instability,the mainly in-stability form is entirety instability and it can create resonance under the highest rotational speed of rotary table .Vibration response of derrick is obvious in the direction of excitation under the working of seismic excitation.
