摘要

为解决常规水力冲击解堵技术配套工具仅能实现一次冲击解堵作用的问题,构思并论证了 3种新型多级水力冲击解堵工具,优选了国内常用的投球方式进行工具改进,采用高精度破裂盘改进为工具的冲击片,其精度可达90%以上;自行设计的投球式多级冲击器,经改变钢球和球座的尺寸,从而实现不同级数的水力冲击作业.通过井下应用试验,验证了工具冲击片、投球式多级冲击器抗压准确性及工具的可靠性及技术水力脉冲震荡解堵作用,技术具有较好增产效果.改进后的多级水力冲击解堵技术稳定可靠、震荡解堵效果显著,具有较好推广应用前景,为国内外措施技术的应用提供一个新的选择方向和参考案例.

Abstract

In order to solve the supporting tools of conventional hydraulic impact de-blocking tech-nology can only realize one-time impact plugging removal.Three new multi-stage hydraulic impact de-blocking tools were conceived and demonstrated,and the common pitching method in China was optimized for tool improvement.The high-precision rupture disc was improved as the impact plate,and its accuracy can exceed 90%.The self-designed ball-throwing multi-stage im-pactor,by changing the sizes of the steel ball and the ball seat,thus realizing different levels of hydraulic impact operations.The downhole application test was carried out to verify the compres-sive accuracy of the tool impact plate and ball-throwing multi-stage impactor,the reliability of tools,the hydraulic pulse vibration de-blocking effect of the technology,and the good stimulation effect of the technology.The research shows that the improved multi-stage hydraulic impact de-blocking technology is stable and reliable,with a remarkable shocking de-blocking effect,which has a better promotion and application prospect and provides a reference for the technology applications at home and abroad.
