摘要

为了有效解决水下采油树与油管悬挂器锁紧时,C型锁环与其驱动部件接触非线性和大变形非线性导致的计算收敛困难、速度慢的问题,提出了一种直接在C型环上加载径向位移替代传统驱动部件加载的方式进行有限元分析,并结合与驱动部件之间的力学关系推导获取C型环力学分析结果的方法.建立了 C型锁环在径向位移加载下的理论数学模型,通过有限元分析验证了理论模型的正确性;结合实际应用模型,验证了该力学分析方法可有效提升有限元分析的收敛速度,具有较强的可行性与高效性,对类似部件力学性能分析具有重要的借鉴意义.

Abstract

In order to effectively solve the problem of difficult convergence and slow speed of calcu-lation caused by nonlinearity and large deformation nonlinearity of contact between C-type lock ring and its driving components when the underwater oil production tree and the tubing hanger are locked,A method of finite element analysis was proposed by directly loading radial displace-ment on the C-ring instead of loading the traditional drive components,and combining it with the derivation of the mechanical relationship with the drive components to obtain the results of the mechanical analysis of the C-ring.A theoretical mathematical model of C-type locking ring under radial displacement loading was established,and the correctness of the theoretical model was veri-fied by finite element analysis.Combined with the practical application model,it is verified that the mechanical analysis method can effectively improve the convergence speed of finite element analysis,which has strong feasibility and high efficiency,and has important reference significance for the analysis of mechanical properties of similar components.
