环空带压先期预防封堵工具研究与应用

针对储气库等气井环空带压问题的先期预防环空封堵工具,采用液压方式完成第一、二胶结面的先期有效密封,后期利用 自膨胀材料对微裂缝进行补偿密封,阻止油气上窜,同时利用减震锚定机构,降低管串振动对胶筒封堵效果的影响.通过数值模拟方法对工具关键结构进行模拟分析,封隔能力能达到50 MPa以上,锚定减震机构针对P110套管的最大锚定力小于600 kN,减震效果明显,工具功能及分析结果均得到现场试验有效验证,应用井环空带压预防效果明显,环空带压问题得到改善.
Research and Application of Early Prevention and Sealing Tools for Annular Pressure
The early prevention and sealing tools for annular pressure in gas storage and other gas wells were introduced.The first and second bonding surfaces are effectively sealed by hydraulic pressure,and the micro cracks are compensated and sealed by self expanding materials to prevent oil and gas from flowing up.The shock absorption anchoring mechanism is used to reduce the im-pact of pipeline vibration on the sealing effect of the rubber cylinder.By using numerical simula-tion methods to simulate and analyze the key structure of the tool,the sealing capacity can reach over 50 MPa,and the maximum anchoring force of the anchoring damping mechanism for P110 casing is less than 600 kN.The damping effect is obvious,and the tool function and analysis results have been effectively verified through on-site tests.The prevention effect of wellbore an-nular pressure is obvious,and the problem of annular pressure has been improved.
