基于壁钩式悬挂器的五级分支系统设计与试验

四级及以下级别的分支完井系统不具备分支窗口密封能力,分支的窗口处出水或某一个分支出水,将严重影响整个油气井的采收率,并且后期的处理难度大,难以实现油气井经济有效的开发.针对上述问题,研发了基于壁钩式悬挂器的五级分支系统,包括了 Y型双管转换器装置、双密封装置及自换向的密封插头等.通过双密封装置与壁钩式悬挂器配合,分别回接于两个分支的完井管柱上,实现窗口处的整体密封.后期通过下入专用的重入工具与Y型双管转换器装置配合,实现分支的重入处理.采用有限元分析软件对核心部件在多种工况下的强度进行了分析,零部件均没有整体失稳的风险.进行双密封装置与壁钩悬挂器的模拟对接测试,验证了设计的合理性,研究成果可为分支井技术应用提供借鉴.
Design of TAML 5 Multilateral Completion System Based on Hook Hangers
The branch windows can not be sealed by The TAML 4 multilateral completion system,and water out of the branch window or out of one branch will seriously affect the recovery rate of the whole oil and gas well,and it is difficult to realize economic and effective development of oil and gas wells due to the difficulty of post-processing.A TAML 5 multilateral completion system based on the hook hanger was developed,including the Y-type double-tube converter device,the double-seal connection device,and the self-reversing seal plug.The integral sealing at the window is achieved by connecting the double sealing device with the hook hanger to tie back to the completion string of two branches respectively.In the later stage,the branch re-entry processing is achieved by the special re-entry tool connecting with the Y-typedouble-tube converter device.Finite element analysis software was used to analyze the strength of the core components under various working conditions,and none of the components had the risk of overall instability,and the design was verified to be reasonable.The research results can provide reference for the application of branch well technology.
