海上油田同心无缆分注工艺技术研究与应用

为节省平台作业空间,节约作业成本,提高同心边测边调工艺调配效率及精度,加快海上油田注水井智能化进程,提出了一种同心无缆分注工艺技术.该技术无需更换管柱,在同心边测边调工作筒中下入无缆智能测调工具,基于无线通讯技术实现对井下数据的实时监测及注水量实时调整,实现双向通讯.通过不动管柱作业实现了边测边调管柱转换为智能管柱,钢丝作业即可对无缆智能测调仪进行更换,同时保留原电缆测调方式.该技术在渤海B油田N5井成功现场应用,整井调配误差不超过5%,取得良好的应用效果,为海上油田注水井智能化转型提供新的技术选择.
Research and Application of Concentric Cable less Splitting Injection Technology in Offshore Oilfield
In order to save operating costs and improve the efficiency and accuracy of the concentric edge measurement and adjustment process allocation,a proposal has been made for a concentric cable-free injection process.This process aims to accelerate the intelligent process of offshore oilfield water injection wells while also saving platform operating space.The proposed process does not require the replacement of pipe columns.A cable-free tool for intelligent measurement and adjustment is inserted into the concentric edge measurement and adjustment work cylinder.Real-time monitoring of underground data and adjustment of injection water volume is achieved through wireless communication technology,enabling bidirectional communication.The conversion of measuring while adjusting the string to an intelligent string has been achieved through fixed string operation.The wireline operation enables the replacement of the cableless intelligent tuning instrument while retaining the original cable tuning method.This technology has been successfully applied on-site in Well N5 of Bohai B Oilfield,with a total well allocation error of no more than 5%.The results are promising and provide a new technological option for the intelligent transformation of water injection wells in offshore oilfields.
