Study of Hydraulic Characteristics of Conical Straight Water Hole With Selective Reamer During Drilling
In reaming during drilling technology,the efficiency of the jet of the reamer determines the efficiency of the whole reaming technology,which is very important for the whole reaming technology.The physical finite element model of reamer and reamer blade water hole has been established.The results show that the jet can clean the rock cutting and cool the blade.The geometric structure of the reamer blade water hole has an important effect on the performance of the jet.In order to optimize the jet performance of the reamer blade water hole,a straight cone nozzle was applied to the reamer blade water hole and optimized.This study can provide theoretical guidance for the optimization design of the water hole structure parameters of the reamer blade and has important significance for improving the quality of sidetracking completion and popularizing the sidetracking transformation technology.
