Improvement and Application of Fully Electrically Controlled Testing Technology for Layered Water Injection Wells
As Daqing Oilfield enters the late stage of ultra-high water cut development,the number of injection wells and layers is increasing year by year,and the testing workload has increased significantly.The testing capacity has reached a bottleneck,and the contradiction between the testing team and the testing workload is becoming more and more obvious.In recent years,we have focused on fully electronic testing technology,including electric seal inspection technology,electric fishing technology,and integrated electric seal inspection,testing and adjustment technology.This technology can achieve the full process of cable direct control and ground direct reading for layered water injection well sealing inspection,fishing and testing work,transforming the testing work from mechanical mode to mechatronics integration,greatly improving testing efficiency.However,in the process of technology promotion and application,problems such as unreasonable tool structure design and insufficient material strength have led to a low success rate of the process.Therefore,we will address and improve the all-electric control testing technology for layered water injection wells.Through the optimization and improvement of electric sealing instruments,electric fishing instruments,and integrated electric sealing and testing instruments,we will further improve the success rate of the process.The total number of on-site tests we have conducted has reached 318,which has saved testing costs and has good prospects for promotion and application.
