摘要

针对临盘油田液压封隔器坐封过程中容易出现液压通道堵塞的问题,研发了清洁施工系统.该系统主要包括液压封隔器沉淀过滤装置和防堵型油套平衡阀两部分,具有结构简单、成本低廉、可靠耐用、适用性强、可重复使用、极易推广等特点.自2012年在临盘油田投入实际使用至今,平均每年应用80 口井左右,均无液压通道堵塞问题.该系统已成为临盘油田Y445型液压封隔器封层施工必备辅助工具,并形成规范化的施工流程,带来了丰富的成果应用效益,可以在全国各油田液压封隔器施工中推广使用,具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract

As a response to the common problem of hydraulic channel clogging during the seating process of hydraulic isolation devices in the Linpan oilfield production operation,a clean construction system has been developed and designed.This system consists of two integral components:a sediment filtration device for hydraulic isolation devices and an anti-blocking oil sleeve balancing valve.Notable features include its simple structural design,cost-effectiveness,robustness,adaptability,reusability,and easy scalability.The system has been put into practical use in the Linpan oilfield in 2012,with an approximate annual application rate of 80 wells,and has not encountered any cases of hydraulic channel blockage.The system has become an indispensable tool for the construction of the sealing layer associated with the"Y445-type hydraulic isolation device"in the Linpan oilfield,thereby establishing a standardized construction protocol.Its implementation has yielded significant application benefits and holds great promise for widespread adoption and use in the construction of hydraulic isolation devices in various oilfields nationwide,underscoring its great potential for widespread application.
