Research of the Integrated Sting for Cementing and Completion of Horizontal Well in 350 ℃ Thermal Recovery Sidetracking Wells
To solve the problems of complicated cementing and sand control process, long construction time and high cost after window opening in old thermal recovery wells of loose sandstone heavy oil in Bohai oilfield.Based on the characteristics of offshore oilfields, such as complex formation, serious sand production, and high daily cost,a set of integrated process strings for staging cementing and completion of 350 ℃ thermal production sidetracking horizontal wells was studied. The integrated string can be drilled into the well in one run to realize the gravel packing operation in the lower open hole section and the cementing operation in the upper open hole section and meet the subsequent 350 ℃ thermal gas injection multi-round cold and thermal alternating sealing requirements. There is no need for the drill plug after operation, and the hole diameter after completion is large, which is convenient for later mining and workover operations.Through software simulation of its safety and passability analysis,it is found that the integrated pipe string will not produce buckling during the running process, and the safety can meet the design requirements. The technology can effectively solve problems such as window opening and cementing, sand control operation costs, complicated processes and long construction period of the old offshore loose sandstone heavy oil thermal recovery wells.
