Investment in global oil and gas exploration and development has kept rising in recent years,leading to the growth in global oil and gas reserves.The oil and gas production was continuously on the rise too.There was a strong development momentum for global new energy.There was also a development trend that oil and gas were integrated with new energy business in a number of pathways and dimensions.Against this background,global conventional oil and gas exploration and development became fine while unconventional oil and gas exploration and development tended to be conventional.The exploration method was more intelligent and developed in the low-carbon direction.Influenced by the international political situation,international oil companies resumed their strategy of upstream oil and gas resources with security put on top of the list for investment.The certainty of resources was emphasized when investment was made in resources.Those companies took a pragmatic attitude towards their green and low-carbon transition strategy and committed themselves to an assets assemblage of cost-effectiveness,low emission and high profitability.Generally speaking,the Chinese oil and gas enterprise should continually increase investment in oil and gas exploration and development,accelerate integration of oil and gas with new energy,promote digital transition and bring about a new situation of green and low-carbon development.
