As China accelerated its efforts for the strategic goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC)included green and low-carbon development into its strategic plan and invested more in oil and gas development in harmony with new energy.The oilfield enterprises would see a tremendous change in the functions of their power distribution systems.The system would develop towards the function of multi-energy integration from a single function of power supply.Based on the power distribution system of Dagang Oilfield and the current conditions of new energy development,this article analyzes the challenges and opportunities facing Dagang Oilfield for construction of a new-type power distribution system and elaborates what is covered in the new-type distribution system.Characterized in the"source,grid,load and storage"integration,it is an intelligent distributed system that can maximize consumption and absorption of energy-fueled power.The study leads to the development mindset that uses the control platform and the optimized grid structure as the core and basis,focuses on intelligent modernization,and aims at consumption and absorption of new energy.It also proposes to promote in-depth integration of oil and gas production business with new energy and construct a new-type distribution system based on"horizontally,source,grid,load and storage"an"vertically,multi-energy complementary".The concrete measures include:improving the electrical rate of the terminal energy-consuming facility,renovating the distribution system for higher power-supplying reliability,establishing the management platform to control and adjust multiple energy for the distribution system,improving the intelligent degree of the distribution system,raising the ability of new energy consumption and absorption,and accelerating construction of the distribution system based on the"source,grid,load and storage"integration.
