As China is committed to the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals,the research on the green and low-carbon standard system construction is of vital importance to promotion of industrial transformation.This article studies and analyzes the conditions of formulating the green and low-carbon standards both inside and outside China.In the light of the green and low-carbon development trends and present standards conditions of China's synthetic rubber industry,it also comes up with the basis and principles for construction of the synthetic rubber green and low-carbon standards system.Based on the existing standards system,the green and low-carbon standards are added at the first level.The second level is composed of four parts--green manufacture,carbon peak and carbon neutrality,energy saving and utilization of resources,and cleaner production.The emphasis should be placed on energy saving and reduction of emission,comprehensive utilization,cleaner production,resource saving,evaluation of greenness,carbon verification and auditing,carbon footprint,evaluation of low carbon,and carbon-reducing technology.To promote construction of the related standards system and application of the standards achievement,it is proposed to continually stimulate innovation of green and low-carbon technology,push ahead with technological iteration and upgrading,accelerate research and development of green and low-carbon standards,and actively promote internationalization of standards to maintain a green,ecological and high-quality development of the synthetic rubber industry.
