摘要
冷冻消融治疗有着悠久的历史,其抗肿瘤机制、组织病理变化已较明确,且大量临床实践表明冷冻消融治疗安全有效,理论上是一种理想的肿瘤治疗手段.以往一直受冷媒和冷冻设备的限制,制约了其疗效和临床应用.随着以氩氦刀为代表的新一代冷冻消融设备的出现,在制冷效率、消融范围、精准测温等方面取得了长足的进步,极大地推动了肿瘤冷冻消融技术的推广.该共识系统性地总结了冷冻消融技术的机制、口腔黏膜黑色素瘤冷冻治疗的适应证、临床治疗流程、不良反应及处理、冷冻联合治疗等,旨在为口腔黏膜黑色素瘤冷冻消融治疗的规范化开展提供参考.
Abstract
Cryoablation therapy with explicit anti-tumor mechanisms and histopathological manifestations has a long history.A large number of clinical practice has shown that cryoablation therapy is safe and effective,making it an ideal tumor treatment method in theory.Previously,its efficacy and clinical application were constrained by the limitations of refrigerants and refrigeration equipment.With the development of the new generation of cryoablation equipment represented by argon helium knives,significant progress has been made in refrigeration efficien-cy,ablation range,and precise temperature measurement,greatly promoting the progression of tumor cryoablation technology.This consensus systematically summarizes the mechanism of cryoablation technology,indications for oral mucosal melanoma(OMM)cryotherapy,clinical treatment process,adverse reactions and management,cryotherapy combination therapy,etc.,aiming to provide reference for carrying out the standardized cryoablation therapy of OMM.
