铒激光分次治疗大面积口腔红斑病1例

摘要
口腔红斑病是一种少见的口腔黏膜潜在恶性疾患,具有较高的癌变倾向.传统手术难以在去除病损的同时恢复患处的美观和功能.铒激光被广泛用于良性及恶性肿瘤的治疗,在口腔红斑病的治疗具有一定优势.文章报道1例采用铒激光分次治疗大面积口腔红斑病的总结分析.
Abstract
Oral erythema is a rare and potentially malignant disease of oral mucosa with a high tendency to cancer.Traditional surgery is difficult to remove the lesion while preserving the beauty and function of the affected area.Erbium laser is widely used in the treatment of oral diseases and has certain advantages in the treatment of oral erythema.This paper reports a case of excision of large area of oral erythema with erbium laser fractional treatment.
