摘要
牛牙症是临床上较为罕见的一种牙齿结构变异,牙齿髓腔扩大、髓室底向根尖移位、牙骨质釉质交界处无收缩是其特征,最常见于恒磨牙,临床上发现下颌前磨牙的牛牙症病例较少,该文报道1例下颌第二前磨牙重度牛牙症伴C形根管的显微根管治疗,5年复查预后良好.
Abstract
Taurodontism is a rare clinical variation of tooth structure and is most commonly found in permanent molars.The mandibular premolars of taurodontism case is less reported.A case of mandibular second premolar of taurodontism with C-shaped root canal treated by root canal therapy is reported in the present paper,5 year follow-up showed a good prognosis.
