In view of the oil loading of multi-bin oil tank,the wrong oil inlet pipe connected by driver and the wrong oil loading accident occurs from time to time,can lead to the quality accident of the gas station and affect the reputation of the enterprise.With the help of the funds of the first intelligent oil depot scien-tific research project of SINOPEC,the technical equip-ment to prevent the wrong oil loading on oil tanker has been developed.The composition,installation position and requirements,working principle of the equipment,two schemes for reforming the original oil distribution system,the modification contents of the billing system,and the acceptance requirements in five aspects are in-troduced in detail.After improvement,the equipment has been installed and operated in 15 oil depots,a-chieving good the effect,which is worthy of promotion.
