In view of the rising rate of refueling wallet payment in the retail of oil products year by year,the promotional activities set by oil sales enterprises,such as card payment rewards,discounts and points ex-change gifts,are all implemented based on refueling wallet.Individual gas station employees take advantage of their positions to cash out with covert strategies,and the enterprise monitoring effect cannot meet the man-agement needs.Using the consumption data of the re-fueling wallet,a perception model of the cash out be-havior is designed based on the econometric method,which can screen out the cash out behavior of the refu-eling wallet that may imitate the normal consumption behavior,so as to greatly reduce the scope of the enter-prise investigation,and significantly improve the effi-ciency and accuracy of the supervision and spot check.
