摘要
针对加油站接地多、接地难的问题,介绍了接地的概念和电气系统工作接地、保护接地、防雷保护接地和防静电接地等加油站常见的四种接地类型的作用,分析了加油站接地不规范可能存在的人员触电、设备故障、火灾爆炸等风险,结合国家和行业的接地标准和要求,为加油区、油罐区、卸油区等设备设施提供了接地风险防范控制技术措施.
Abstract
In response to the problem of multiple and difficult grounding in gas stations,the concept of grounding and the functions of four common ground-ing types in gas stations,including electrical system working grounding,protective grounding,lightning protection grounding,and anti-static grounding are introduced.The potential risks of personnel electric shock,equipment failure,fire and explosion caused by non-standard grounding in gas stations are ana-lyzed,and combining national and industry ground-ing standards and requirements,grounding risk pre-vention and control technical measures have been provided for equipment and facilities such as refue-ling areas,oil tank areas,and unloading areas.
