Current Situation of the Fugitive Emission of Vol-atile Organic Compounds(VOCs)in the Whole Process of Oil Product Road Transportation and Countermeasures
The definition,sources,characteristics,hazards of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and the significance of VOCs emission control in the whole process of oil product road transportation are briefly introduced,the causes of oil vapor leakage in different stages of oil tanker filling,transportation and unloading are analyzed and actually detected,and the corresponding control countermeasures are put forward,which can provide a reference for VOCs fugitive emission control in the whole process of oil product road transportation.
