Abstract
The background,basis,innovation points,main content,and methods of establishing a new energy simulation practical training project are introduced in detail.Based on the current energy de-mand and safety management status,starting from reality,this base utilizes idle space and equipment,adopts simulation and human-machine interaction technologies,and through experiential and simulated operations,provides a detailed introduction to safety training content such as new energy business(gas refueling,hydrogen refueling,charging and exchan-ging power,unloading,and hydrogen unloading).After the completion and implementation of the pro-ject,the safety operation ability and HSE awareness of the trained employees in new energy business have significantly improved,establishing a new model for the training of new energy talents in petrochemical sales enterprises.
