The concept of oil product supply chain are briefly introduced,the impacts of time nodes on pricing,procurement modes and suppliers on pro-curement costs,logistics costs on procurement costs are analyzed,and the control measures for oil prod-uct procurement costs are proposed:the first is to accurately control procurement nodes and optimize procurement modes;the second is to strengthen sup-plier management and standardize procurement de-tails;the third is to optimize the transportation struc-ture,innovate management methods,and further im-prove the cost control level of oil product procure-ment.
