摘要
针对当前石油库信息化应用中存在的自动化程度不高、各系统之间无法实现业务协同和数据共享交换等问题,围绕"物联互通+集成共享+优化协同"构建石油库信息化建设方案,建设覆盖省、市及各石油库的信息化应用体系,规范成品油收发、库存、安全生产、监控等业务,支持成品油从入库到出库的全过程管理,真正实现作业场景的数据采集、作业调度、流程处理、运营监控、连锁控制与反馈决策的全面信息化支持,达到提高生产工作效率、降低企业运营成本的目的.
Abstract
In response to the problems of low auto-mation level and inability to achieve business collab-oration and data sharing and exchange among various systems in the current informationization application of oil depots,a informationization construction plan for oil depots is constructed basing on"IoT interop-erability+integrated sharing+optimized collabo-ration".An informationization application system covering provinces,cities,and various oil depots is constructed to standardize the business of oil product receiving and delivery,inventory,safety production,monitoring,etc.,support the full process manage-ment of oil product from storage to delivery,truly a-chieve comprehensive informationization support for data collection,operation scheduling,flow process-ing,operation monitoring,chain control,and feed-back decision-making in operation scenarios,and achieve the goal of improving operation efficiency and reducing enterprise operating costs.
