摘要

对内浮顶罐量油导向管开孔所产生的油气挥发问题进行了分析,通过构建三维模型并利用流体力学相似原理进行数值模拟,研究内浮顶罐在冬夏季不同温度下的油气挥发状况.进油孔会导致油品的挥发,在油品储存工作中需对其进行考虑.

Abstract

The problem of oil volatilization caused by the opening of the oil metering guide pipe in the in-ner floating roof tank was analyzed.By constructing a three-dimensional model and using the principle of fluid mechanics similarity for numerical simula-tion,the oil volatilization status of the inner floating roof tank at different temperatures in winter and sum-mer was studied.The oil inlet hole can cause the volatilization of the oil product,and it needs to be considered during oil storage.
