加氢站全环节损耗的分析与对策

摘要
针对目前加氢站运营中缺乏氢气库存的准确计量和采购环节的验收交接允差等方面的标准规范,造成加氢站计量交接以及损耗控制问题逐渐暴露,对氢气进销存环节从库存计算方法、设备固有特性技术偏差、工艺流程、设备运行、外部环境影响等方面剖析了加氢站损耗情况,提出了加氢站控制损耗的优化措施和呼请相关部门尽快制定加氢站计量管理的有关规范标准的建议.
Abstract
In response to the current lack of standard specifications for accurate measurement of hydrogen inventory and acceptance and handover tolerances in the procurement process in the operation of hydrogen refueling stations,the issues of measurement and handover as well as loss control in hydrogen refueling stations are gradually exposed.The loss situation of hydrogen refueling stations is analyzed from the as-pects of inventory calculation methods,inherent characteristics and technical deviations of equip-ment,process flow,equipment operation,external environmental impact,etc.The optimization meas-ures for controlling losses in hydrogen refueling sta-tions are proposed and the suggestion is put forward for relevant departments to formulate relevant stand-ards and standards for measurement management of hydrogen refueling stations as soon as possible.
