摘要
针对目前加油站数字化支付存在的支付平台分散、管理成本高、系统风险大和账务管理低效、准确性不高、处理效率低以及核对系统低效、数据差异大、资金风险高的问题,围绕"交易联动、数据精准、监管到位、自动日结"的建设目标,按照"平台+收款方式"的原则,通过对加油站支付应用、账务统计、资金核对的整合优化,自动对账务报表、资金到账情况进行精细化管理,实现以应用系统编码标准化、系统数据处理自动化、数字支付应用集成化为核心较完善的资金监管体系.简化了系统操作,减轻了加油站员工工作负担;使数据更加完整准确,提升了风险防控水平;同时使信息监管更加便捷,降低了营销成本.
Abstract
In response to the problems of dispersed payment platforms,high management costs,high system risks,inefficient accounting management,low accuracy,low processing efficiency,and ineffi-cient verification systems,large data differences,and high fund risks in current digital payments at gas stations,the construction goal of"transaction link-age,accurate data,adequate supervision,and auto-matic daily settlement"is centered around the prin-ciple of"platform+payment method".Through the integration and optimization of gas station payment applications,accounting statistics,and fund verifica-tion,the refined management of accounting reports and fund receipt situations is automatically carried out,achieving a more complete fund supervision sys-tem with standardized application system coding,au-tomated system data processing,and integrated digit-al payment applications as the core.The fund super-vision system can simplify the system operations,re-duce the workload of gas station employees,make the data more complete and accurate,improve the level of risk prevention and control,and make infor-mation supervision more convenient and reduces marketing costs simultaneously.
