消防机器人在石化企业中的应用

摘要
在简要介绍消防机器人的研发现状的基础上,以RXR-MC80BD-AI型消防灭火(防爆)侦查机器人在某石化企业生产区域的应用为例,从运输实践、拖拽水带能力、越障能力以及实战演练方面分析了消防机器人在消防灭火方面的优势和不足,提出了加大消防维修人员培训力度、扩大消防机器人使用量、完善使用效果,更新操作手册等改进措施,为石化企业应用消防机器人提供了参考.
Abstract
Based on a brief introduction to the cur-rent research and development status of firefighting robots,taking the application of RXR-MC80BD-AI firefighting(explosion-proof)reconnaissance robot in the production area of a petrochemical enterprise as an example,the advantages and disadvantages of fire-fighting robots are analyzed in terms of transportation practice,water hose dragging ability,obstacle cross-ing ability,and practical exercises.Some improve-ment measures such as increasing training for fire-fighting maintenance personnel,expanding the use of firefighting robots,improving their effectiveness,and updating operation manuals are proposed,which can provide reference for the application of firefighting ro-bots in petrochemical enterprises.
