摘要
对吸附法油气回收装置活性炭更换的过程及要点进行了介绍和分析,从油气回收装置的工艺流程和活性炭吸附机理出发,结合石油库油气回收装置活性炭实际更换情况分析出在选型、更换、钝化、投用等过程中要点,为石油库更换油气回收装置活性炭提供了参考.
Abstract
The process and key points of replacing activated carbon in the adsorption method oil vapor recovery system are introduced and analyzed.Start-ing from the process flow and adsorption mechanism of the oil vapor recovery system,combined with the actual replacement situation of activated carbon in the oil vapor recovery system of the oil depot,the key points in the selection,replacement,passiva-tion,and operation process are analyzed,which can provide a reference for replacing activated carbon in the oil vapor recovery system of the oil depot.
