Aiming at the problems of uncontrolled construction inspection and maintenance risks and potential safety accidents caused by insufficient risk identification and assessment expertise,unclear divi-sion of responsibilities and lack of independence of assessment in the risk management of construction inspection and maintenance of an oil product depot,the qualitative and quantitative methods are adopted to evaluate the current situation of risk management through in-depth analysis of the construction in-spection and maintenance operation process.Based on the job safety analysis(JSA)method,a third party expert or internal JSA analysis team is intro-duced to establish a qualified person to carry out risk assessment mechanism,which can improve the oper-ation risk management efficiency,reduce the occur-rence rate of violations and accidents,and improve the safety management level of construction inspec-tion and maintenance of the oil depot.
