摘要
现代煤化工是国家能源发展战略的重要组成部分,是充分发挥煤炭能源相对资源优势,保障国家能源安全的必要措施,是缓解石油和天然气供需矛盾的现实手段.介绍了我国煤制油工艺技术、产品质量、项目、价格与市场等情况,分析了销售企业采购的可行性和风险控制,推动煤制油在成品油领域的销售与应用.
Abstract
Modern coal chemical industry is an im-portant part of the national energy development strat-egy,a necessary measure to give full play to the rel-ative resource advantages of coal energy and guaran-tee the national energy security,and a practical means to relieve the contradiction between supply and demand of oil and natural gas.The coal-to-liquid process technology,product quality,project,price and market in China are introduced,the feasi-bility and risk control of the purchase of sales enter-prises are analyzed to promote the sales and applica-tion of coal-to-liquid in the field of oil products.
