摘要
在简要介绍了现代建筑工程管理中协同管理的概念、协同管理的意义以及协同管理的应用现状的基础上,提出了现代建筑工程管理中协同管理的应用策略:一是作好建筑工程管理者和工程承包商的协同管理;二是强化建筑工程管理部门内部协同;三是协同管理企业内部人际关系;四是强化建筑工程项目外部协调;五是提升企业供应链协同管理能力;六是构建战略联盟,围绕价值链开展协同管理;七是多元举措实施协同管理.
Abstract
Based on the brief introduction of the concept,significance and application status of col-laborative management in modern building engineer-ing management,the application strategies of collab-orative management in modern building engineering management are put forward.The first is to improve the collaborative management of building engineering managers and engineering contractors;The second is to strengthen the internal coordination of construction engineering management department;the third is to co-manage the internal interpersonal relationship of the enterprise;the fourth is to strengthen external coordination of construction projects;the fifth is to enhance the enterprise supply chain collaborative management capacity;the sixth is to build a strategic alliance and carry out collaborative management a-round the value chain;the seventh is implement col-laborative management of multiple measures.
