摘要

在剖析油品销售企业管理体系存在的体系管理缺乏协作、体系与业务融合不充分、体系目标导向不够,与战略方向难以一致的现状的基础上,依据国际标准组织高阶结构的理念,提出了对目前油品销售企业现行常见的ISO管理体系实施一体化的建设框架,并提出了开展管理体系一体化建设明确责任,整合目标;梳理过程,关注融合;风险思维,贯穿始终;闭环管理,螺旋上升;加强管理体系的数智化建设等建议.

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the existing situ-ation of the management system of petrochemical sales enterprises,such as the lack of system manage-ment cooperation,insufficient system and business integration,insufficient system objective orientation,and difficulty of being consistent with the strategic direction,according to the concept of the interna-tional standard organization s high-level structure,the construction framework of the integration of the current common ISO management system of petro-chemical sales enterprises is put forward,and the suggestions for the construction of the management system integration are proposed:the first is to clarify the responsibility and integrate the objectives;the second is to sort out the process and focus on integri-ty;the third is consider risk consistently;the fourth is closed-loop management,with spiral rise;the fifth is to strengthen the digital intelligence construc-tion of the management system.
