In view of the global energy structure transformation and the great challenge faced by the traditional petroleum industry,the concept of materi-al cooperation is briefly introduced,the current situ-ation of the material cooperation of two petroleum companies A and B is analyzed from the layout of the refinery,the form of oil product allocation and trans-portation,and the development of material coopera-tion,and the optimization suggestions are put for-ward for the material cooperation of the petroleum company:The first is to closely follow the change of the material pattern,and optimize the material coop-eration mode;the second is to promote the construc-tion of storage and transportation capacity and sup-port the cooperation of materials;the third is to in-troduce the comprehensive evaluation model to en-rich the material cooperation path;the fourth is to smooth the cooperation and sharing mechanism and ensure the implementation of material cooperation;the fifth is to promote enterprise information con-struction and enable material cooperation;the sixth is to strengthen the cultivation of professional talents to ensure the quality of material cooperation.
