摘要

结合国家"双碳"目标和政策,介绍了温室气体常识、碳资产管理方面知识,针对油品销售企业碳排放的现状,提出了推广光伏发电、养成绿色低碳工作习惯、重视源头管理、降低加气站LNG损耗及目标导向落实责任等节能降碳措施,说明了碳排放数据盘查的方法,对油品销售企业开展碳达峰碳中和工作带来借鉴.

Abstract

Based on the national"dual carbon"goals and policies,the common sense of greenhouse gas and carbon asset management are introduced.Aiming at the current carbon emission status of oil sales enterprises,energy conservation and carbon re-duction measures such as promoting photovoltaic power generation,cultivating green low-carbon work habits,attaching importance to source manage-ment,reducing LNG loss of gas stations and imple-menting the responsibility of target orientation are put forward.The methods of carbon emission data check are explained,which can provide reference for oil sales enterprises to carry out carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
