摘要
针对目前油库成品油油罐大多采用露天敞开式人工切水的现状,分析了人工切水存在的易造成排水失控、跑油、污染环境、人员中毒及发生火灾爆炸事故等突出问题和安全风险,提出了人工切水工艺流程临时改造方案,指出了采用自动脱水器的优势和缺点,设计了新型切水工艺流程,为油库实现切水作业密闭化、自动化和绿色环保与本质安全提供了借鉴.
Abstract
According to the current situation that most of the oil product tanks in the oil depot adopt manual water cutting in the open air,the prominent problems and safety risks of manual water cutting is analyzed,which are easy to cause uncontrolled drainage,oil leakage,environmental pollution,personnel poison-ing,fire and explosion accidents,the temporary trans-formation scheme of manual water cutting process is put forward,the advantages and disadvantages of the use of automatic dehydrator are pointed out,and a new water cutting process is designed,which can pro-vide a reference for the oil depot to achieve closed op-eration,automation,green environmental protection and intrinsic safety of water cutting process.
