摘要
目前氢能作为一种来源丰富、绿色低碳、应用广泛的二次能源,正逐步成为全球能源转型发展的重要载体之一.为保证湖北省内压缩氢气加气机计量性能核准有据可依及加氢站运营高效规范,武汉市度量衡管理所作为湖北省加气机计量检定中心,紧跟国家和武汉氢能产业发展精神,着手开展加氢机计量性能测试、加氢站运营现状调研分析等相关工作.调研结果主要包含加气站运营建设成本、补贴政策、运营模式、盈利能力测算及加氢站后续发展前景、加氢站计量问题、规范化管理分析及建议等方面.
Abstract
At present,hydrogen energy,as a kind of green low-carbon and widely used secondary energy with rich sources,is gradually becoming one of the important carriers for energy transformation and de-velopment in the world.In order to ensure that the verification of the measurement performance of the compressed hydrogen dispenser in Hubei Province is based on the evidence,and the operation of the hy-drogen refueling station is efficient and standard,Wuhan Metrology Management Institute,as the measurement and verification center of the com-pressed hydrogen dispenser in Hubei Province,closely follows the development spirit of the state and the hydrogen energy industry in Wuhan,starts to carry out the measurement performance test of the hydrogen dispenser,the investigation and analysis of the operation status of the hydrogen refueling station and other related work.The investigation results mainly include operation and construction cost,sub-sidy policy,operation mode,profitability calcula-tion,and follow-up development prospect,mete-ring problem,standardized management analysis and suggestions,etc.of the gas refueling station.
