摘要
基于"双碳"目标带给油库和加油站的影响,介绍了我国"双碳"目标及相关政策,分析了"双碳"目标下石化行业面临的挑战与机遇,提出了油库和加油站转型发展建议:通过油库安全节能环保提升、油库智能化建设、加油站转型为综合加能站等举措,以及加大新能源投资,研发低碳技术,新能源在油库和加油站中的结合应用来助力国家政策的实施,使油库、加油站在新的历史背景下焕发新的活力.
Abstract
Based on the impact of the"dual carbon"goal on oil depots and gas stations,the"dual car-bon"goals and relevant policies in China are intro-duced,the challenges and opportunities faced by the petrochemical industry under the"dual carbon"goal are analyzed,and the suggestions for the transforma-tion and development of oil depots and gas stations are put forward:Through the measures such as im-provement of oil depot safety,energy conservation and environmental protection,intelligent construc-tion of oil depot and transformation of gas station into comprehensive fueling station,as well as increase of new energy investment and research and development of low-carbon technology,the combination of new energy in oil depot and gas station should be used to help the implementation of national policies,so that oil depot and gas station can be revitalized under the new historical background.
