凝点作为衡量油品低温流动性的重要指标,对柴油在冬季的储存、运输及应用具有实质性指导价值.在简要介绍自动微量凝点测量的关键步骤和要点的基础上,通过实验比较了手动仪器和自动微量仪器两种测试结果,并分析了样品颜色对自动微量凝点测定的影响,为自动微量凝点仪器的使用提供了借鉴和参考.
Investigation on Application of Automatic Micro Condensation Point Based on Optical Detection
The freezing point,as an important index for measuring the low-temperature fluidity of oil,has a guiding value for the storage,transportation and application of diesel fuel in winter.Based on a brief introduction of the key steps and points of auto-matic micro condensation point measurement,the test results of two kinds of manual instruments and automatic micro instruments were compared through experiments,and the influence of the sample color on the determination of automatic micro condensation point was analyzed,which could provide a reference for the use of automatic micro condensation point in-struments.
