Risk Identification and Quantitative Grading of E-mergencies in Oil Product Transportation Enterpri-ses
Emergency response is one of the biggest hotspots of safety and emergency management in en-terprises.Taking an oil product transportation enter-prise as an example,in accordance with the require-ments of the new version of"Emergency Response Law"and"Measures for the Management of Emer-gency Response Plans",a total of four categories of 26 types of risks of emergencies are identified,and the identified risks are quantitatively graded by the method of evaluating the risk of operating conditions(LECD method),among which,fire,explosion,vehicle injury,and unauthorized operation of the driver belong to the high risk,the risks of leakage,poisoning,and asphyxiation,electrocution,vehicle intrinsic danger,inadequate vehicle management,meteorological disasters,geological disasters,water and drought disasters are significant dangers,and the others are general dangers or slight dangers.It can bring reference to the emergency plan prepara-tion and classification management.
