摘要
结合当前油品销售企业新业态发展需要,分析了企业基层员工安全教育培训现状及存在的人员流动性大、专业不匹配、缺乏优秀师资、培训针对性和实用性不强、激励和考核机制不健全、投产前未进行全面的设计和技术交底等问题,并提出了稳定员工队伍、改进培训方式、完善激励机制、培养内部师资、保障培训效果等相应的改进措施和建议.
Abstract
Combined with the needs of the current development of the new business mode of oil sales enterprises,the current situation of safety education and training of grassroots employees of the enterprise is analyzed.There are some problems,such as,ex-istence of personnel mobility,professional mis-match,lack of excellent teachers,weak training per-tinence and practicality,incomplete incentive and assessment mechanism,and a comprehensive design and technical briefing is not carried out before going into operation,etc.And the stabilization of the workforce,improvement of the training method,per-fecting the incentive mechanism,training internal teachers,guaranteeing training effect and other im-provement measures and suggestions are put forward.
