摘要
目的 探究耳穴压豆联合艾灸在腹腔镜袖状胃切除术(LSG)后患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2018年3月至2022年11月期间在普外一科接受LSG的105例患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法将其分为对照组(n=53)与试验组(n=52).对照组术后采用常规护理加认知行为模式进行干预,试验组在对照组护理的基础上,于术后6个月时增加使用艾灸联合耳穴压豆方法干预.比较2组患者手术后6、8、10、12个月所测体重、体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、体脂率(BF)、内脏脂肪面积(VFA)、多余体重减少百分比(EWL)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平.结果 术后6个月,2组体重、BMI、WHR、BF、VFA、EWL、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C 比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).术后 8、10 和 12 个月时,试验组体重、BMI、WHR、BF、VFA、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C 明显低于对照组(P＜0.05 或 P＜0.001),且 EWL 明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 耳穴压豆联合艾灸应用于LSG术后的患者可以有效提高其代谢水平,调节其内分泌功能,有助于巩固减重手术的中长期效果,预防术后复胖的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of auricular point pressing combined with moxibustion in patients after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG).Methods A total of 105 pa-tients who underwent LSG in the Department of General Surgery Ⅰ between March 2018 and No-vember 2022 were selected for the study,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=53)and the experimental group(n=52).The control group was intervened with conventional nursing care plus cognitive-behavioral model after surgery,and the experimental group was fur-ther intervened with auricular point pressing combined with moxibustion at 6 months postopera-tively.Body mass index(BMI),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),body fat percentage(BF),viscera fat ar-ea(VFA),percentage of excess weight loss(EWL),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride cholesterol(TG),low-densitylipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels were compared between the two groups at 6,8,10 and 12 months postoperatively.Results At 6 months postoperatively,there was no statistically significant difference in the com-parison of weight,BMI,WHR,BF,VFA,EWL,TC,TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C between the 2 groups(P＞0.05).At 8,10,and 12 months postoperatively,body weight,BMI,WHR,BF,VFA,TC,TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the con-trol group(P＜0.05 or P＜0.001),and EWL was significantly higher than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing combined with moxibustion can effectively im-prove metabolism and regulate endocrine in patients after LSG,helping to consolidate the medi-um-and long-term effects of weight-loss surgery and prevent the occurrence of postoperative weight regain.
