摘要
目的 探讨迷你中线导管在急性胰腺炎患者静脉治疗中的应用效果.方法 选取2023年7-12月就诊的30例急性胰腺炎患者,均经超声引导下置入迷你中线导管,导管留置期间监测并发症发生情况并定期维护,并记录置管成功情况、留置时间、操作时间等.结果 30例患者置管成功率为100.00％,留置时间为8～12(10.72±1.53)d,操作时间为19～36(27.72±8.54)min;导管留置期间发生穿刺点渗液3例(占10.0％),未发生静脉炎、导管堵管、导管相关性血流感染和导管相关性血栓等严重并发症.完成治疗后拔管27例,因并发症导致非计划性拔管3例.结论 经超声引导下迷你中线导管置管具有成功率高、操作时间短、并发症发生率低等优势,且留置时间满足患者的输液需求.
Abstract
Objective To explore clinical efficacy of mini-midline catheters in the intravenous treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 30 patients with acute pancrea-titis,who were treated in the Department of Gastroenterology at a tertiary A-level hospital in Nanchang City from July to December 2023,were selected for this study.All patients were placed with mini-midline catheters under ultrasound guidance,and the occurrence of complications was monitored during the catheter retention period.The success of catheter placement,retention time,and operation time were recorded.Results The success rate of catheterization in 30 patients was 100.00％,the retention time was 8-12(10.72±1.53)d,and the operation time was 19-36(27.72± 8.54)min;3 cases of puncture point oozing(10.0％)occurred during catheter retention,and there were no serious complications,such as phlebitis,catheter blockage,catheter-associated blood-stream infections,and catheter-associated thrombosis.There were 27 cases of catheter extraction after completion of treatment and 3 cases of unplanned catheter extraction due to complications.Conclusion The insertion of mini-midline catheters under ultrasound guidance demonstrates po-tential advantages,including a high success rate,short operation time,and a low rate of complica-tions.Catheter retention could also meet patients'needs for intravenous infusion.
