摘要
目的 探讨自制可塑性冰敷贴在胸腰椎骨折术后切口冰敷中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年4月至2023年4月于南昌大学第一附属医院骨科接受胸腰椎骨折切开复位内固定治疗术后的60例患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各30例.对照组在常规护理的基础上采用普通冰袋对切口进行冰敷;试验组在常规护理的基础上采用自制可塑性冰敷贴进行切口冰敷.分析比较2组术后切口的疼痛情况[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估]、肿胀情况、切口引流量及渗血情况.结果 在术后的各个评估时点,试验组切口的疼痛评分、中度和重度肿胀例数、切口引流量及切口渗血率均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.001).结论 自制可塑性冰敷贴冰敷可明显减轻胸腰椎骨折术后切口的疼痛及肿胀,减少切口引流量及伤口渗出量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application and therapeutic effect of homemade plastic ice patches in postoperative care of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures.Methods Sixty patients who received open reduction and internal fixation treatment for thoracolumbar fractures in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the subjects were divided in-to 2 groups by random number table method.The control group(n=30)received routine care and an ordinary ice pack for incision ice pack;the experimental group(n=30)was treated with home-made plastic ice dressing on the basis of routine care.The postoperative incision pain,swelling,in-cision drainage and bleeding were studied in two groups.Results After treatment,the experimen-tal group showed better results than the control group in terms of postoperative incision pain,swelling,incision drainage volume,and incision bleeding between the two groups of patients,and the inter group comparison was statistically significant(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusion Home-made plastic ice patch can significantly reduce postoperative pain in thoracolumbar fractures,e-liminate swelling around the incision,reduce incision drainage and exudation.
